It's simple—you receive a test kit, provide a cheek swab sample, and mail it back. Within a few weeks, you get a full report that our coaches walk you through in a personalized session.
Is this different from 23andMe or AncestryDNA?
Yes. We focus specifically on health optimization markers—nutrient absorption, hormone pathways, inflammation response, and more—not ancestry. And unlike those services, you get a certified coach to help you act on the results.
Do I have to come in person?
Not at all. We offer both in-person sessions in St. George, UT and virtual options via Zoom for clients anywhere in the country.
